We will thoroughly discuss your various options to achieve your desired goals for your smile and your health. We will answer all your questions and ensure that we provide you the information you need to make a well informed decision regarding your care and to assist you with achieving financial affordability.

We believe that your health and the care you receive is a decision best made between you and your doctor. Therefore, we always base our professional recomendations on two premises:

  • that you receive optimal care to meet your needs clinically
  • that you have the best opportunity for a positive long-term outcome

Next we help you make the care you need and desire comfortable - financially and clinically. We help you to understand your financial options including how your insurance plan may assist you with the cost of your care. Additionally, as a service to you, our patients, we electronically file your insurance claims with your carrier (when possible) so that you receive the maximun benefit allowed under the terms of your policy and in the shortest time.

We are here to answer your questions as best we can to help you understand your plan. Please remember that our practice is a third party to your insurance plan - which is a contract between your employer, yourself, and the insurance company - not our office. Due to continual changes to plans and benefit levels and because insurance companies never guarantee coverage for any care you receive even with written prior approval, our office cannot guarantee that you will receive any payment for care from a third party. However, we will provide you any assistance possible in receiving the maximum benefit possible under your plan.


To request an appointment, click here. We see patients by appointment only and make every effort to see emergency appointments daily. We reserve time exclusively for you so that we can focus on meeting your needs.

We make every effort to schedule your appointments during convenient times in your schedule. We will provide you ample reminder notifications of upcoming reservations with us via post cards, phone, email, and/or text messaging. Therefore, we ask that you provide us a minimum of 48 business hours notice of any changes to a reserved appointment in order to avoid any broken appointment fees and to continue to reserve preferred appointment times with our office.
